Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rrrph platform — whether through a mobile browser or any other means — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users in the Philippines and take effect from the moment you complete registration. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. rrrph reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the rrrph platform, in accordance with Philippine regulations on online gaming and responsible gambling. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be suspended without notice. rrrph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to ineligible users will be closed and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable rules.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify rrrph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. rrrph will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must not share your account with any other person or allow third parties to use your account to place bets or access platform features. Failure to maintain account security may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rrrph are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits areprocessed through local Philippine payment channels including GCash, and credited to your account balance once confirmed. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with estimated processing times, are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages respectively. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. rrrph reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Any attempt to manipulate deposit or withdrawal processes, including chargebacks or fraudulent claims, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the rrrph platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless rrrph determines that a technical error has occurred. Winnings are calculated based on the odds or payout rates displayed at the time the bet or game round was initiated. rrrph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of system error, data feed failure, or any form of manipulation. Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised within seven days of the relevant event or game result.

Any balance held in a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from rrrph. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action. The rrrph brand name and logo are trademarks and may not be used in any context without explicit authorisation. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to rrrph beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

rrrph provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rrrph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes losses resulting from technical failures, delays in processing, or inaccuracies in odds or game data. rrrph is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your own decisions to place bets or participate in games.
